The Land
We are located in the foothills of the Catskills in upstate New York. Approximately 1h 25m from New York City once you cross the GW Bridge.
Situated on 5 acres of land, our property has access to a stunning lake where you can ice skate when lake froze or go kayaking. Swimming is not possible due to town regulations, but there is a lake nearby (5 min by car) that you can swim or paddle board during the summer.
The main house serves as our residence, while the cabin is positioned approximately 200 feet away from it.
Adjacent to the cabin flows a creek, surrounded by forest and leading to the lake.
On the opposite side of the lake, there is a trail accessible by kayak, on foot, or by bike
Just let us know when you are going to use the kayaks or the boat, so we will give you life jackets and oars and ewe kindly ask you to sign a waiver before using them.
Note: You can rent bikes in Mountaindale or bring your own.
